Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Calendargo.ai ("the Service"), operated by Calendar Go Limited, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Calendargo.ai provides a service that extracts calendar events from uploaded images, text and PDF documents and enables users to sync these events with their device or Google calendars. The Service includes PDF upload, text extraction, event parsing and calendar synchronisation features.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access tokens and sharing links
  • You agree not to upload copyrighted material without permission
  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your sharing tokens

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

5. Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service
  • The exception to this is where we have identified an upload as being authored by an organisation with a user account on our platform, such as a school. In these cases uploads will be assigned to these organisations to manage.
  • By uploading content, you grant Calendar Go Limited a limited licence to process and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service
  • We do not claim ownership of your uploaded documents or extracted events

6. Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Calendar Go Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Modifications to Service

Calendar Go Limited reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without prior notice. Such modifications are carried out in the best interests of the Service and our obligations to our customers and data privacy. You agree that Calendar Go Limited shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
